Shipping

Cat Street offers free shipping anywhere in the USA. We ship our products with UPS. Normal delivery time to most regions in the USA is 2-3 business days. Regional and rural areas may take longer.

We offer low rate shipping to Canada and Mexico. Shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $20. Shipping to Mexico is a flat rate of $30.

The extra ‘catnip’ cover will be shipped in a separate box to the bed box, and they may arrive at different times. You will receive two boxes in total with this bundle.

Care & Washing

Washing the Bouclé Cover: zip off the bouclé cover and wash on a warm gentle machine wash, hang to dry inside out. Do not bleach, iron, dry-clean or tumble dry.

Washing the Waterproof Lining (only wash if your cat has wet the bed): zip off the waterproof lining and wash on a gentle cold cycle, hang to dry in the shade. Remember to reassemble the bed with the waterproof lining to ensure your bed is protected.

Do not wash the memory foam pieces.

Return

You may return your bed or cover within 14 days of receipt. Please contact customer service with your order number on hello@catstreet.com and our team will give the return address to send your items back to. Please ensure your items are packaged securely for shipping to prevent any damages that you will be liable for. Please note in order for a return to be eligible, the bed and or cover must be undamaged, unsoiled and free of any fur or hair. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Kitty Loves It!

My cat always slept with me in my bed, which I love. But then I got her this bungalow, and guess what? She *absolutely* fell in love with the thing. Now she lounges in there like she’s the queen of the world, looking all cute and content. And to be honest, I’m a bit annoyed because she used to snuggle with me all the time, but now she’s living her best life in her little bungalow while I’m over here getting ignored. Oh well, as long as my baby is happy, that's all that matters.

Larger size!

I would love to have a size larger for 13 lb Tabby’s. The beds are on a high dresser which is ver large. Now I have Casper beds but they are meant for dogs. My cats like to hang their heads on sides..

Many customers choose this option for their larger cats to give them extra space to stretch out or even share!

Best Furbaby Bed Ever!

The Cat St. bed went beyond my expectations with the quality. Shipping was also quick. My cat was lounging around the countertop when I walked up to him with the new bed and he immediately jumped into it. He’s glued to it most of the day and loves lounging/sleeping inside the bed. It looks extremely cozy with the boucle material and has a firm and thick semi plush padding. I think anyone who gives this bed a chance will be extremely happy. Your furbaby will love you too for it!
