Shipping

Cat Street offers free shipping anywhere in the USA. We ship our products with UPS. Normal delivery time to most regions in the USA is 2-3 business days. Regional and rural areas may take longer.

We offer low rate shipping to Canada and Mexico. Shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $20. Shipping to Mexico is a flat rate of $30.

The extra ‘catnip’ cover will be shipped in a separate box to the bed box, and they may arrive at different times. You will receive two boxes in total with this bundle.

Care & Washing

Washing the Bouclé Cover: zip off the bouclé cover and wash on a warm gentle machine wash, hang to dry inside out. Do not bleach, iron, dry-clean or tumble dry.

Washing the Waterproof Lining (only wash if your cat has wet the bed): zip off the waterproof lining and wash on a gentle cold cycle, hang to dry in the shade. Remember to reassemble the bed with the waterproof lining to ensure your bed is protected.

Do not wash the memory foam pieces.

Return

You may return your bed or cover within 14 days of receipt. Please contact customer service with your order number on hello@catstreet.com and our team will give the return address to send your items back to. Please ensure your items are packaged securely for shipping to prevent any damages that you will be liable for. Please note in order for a return to be eligible, the bed and or cover must be undamaged, unsoiled and free of any fur or hair. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

The most attractive and well loved cat bed you'll own.

Unfortunately for my wallet, my cats have all collectively decided they will only sleep on this bed, so I've had to buy two more. I do think this bed is worth the value - I've owned one for a year and it still looks new, the fabric really is claw proof, and although my cats are younger and I'm not worried about arthritis I'm glad the materials are so high quality and supportive. I also think it's extremely attractive and fits our more modern aesthetic. And my cats are obsessed with it.
