Cat Street offers free shipping anywhere in the USA. We ship our products with UPS. Normal delivery time to most regions in the USA is 2-3 business days. Regional and rural areas may take longer.

‍We offer low rate shipping to Canada and Mexico. Shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $10. Shipping to Mexico is a flat rate of $15.

Care & Washing

Simply zip the cover off your bed and wash the cover on a warm gentle machine wash. Hang to dry inside out. Do not bleach, iron, dry-clean or tumble dry.

Return

If you change your mind about a cover, you are welcome to return within 14 days of delivery. Please note in order for a return to be eligible, the cover must be undamaged, unsoiled and free of any fur or hair. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

My cat loved the bed instantly, and the green cover matches his eyes perfectly. The product is so thoughtfully designed in how it unzippers for washing purposes. Wonderful!

Love the cushion. Don’t understand why I have to buy a whole separate cover to have a color choice. What am I to do with the unused white one?
